Donovan has twelve years of experience in the commercial art industry with an extensive background in graphic design and digital media. His main area of expertise is design and design aesthetics. As the creative director, Donavan plays a big role in developing the overall look, feel and consistency of a well-developed brand. Most recently Donavan has been making an extra effort to match his belt with his shoes. We wonder how long it will take him to notice this in his bio.

Chris Lee

Art Director/Project Manager

Chris has entered his fifth year with Vantage Studios and brings a unique perspective to the studio as well as the industry. Possessing a background in graphic design and business, he understands both the importance of great design and innovative marketing tactics, which assists him greatly in dealing with and building relationships with Vantage’s clients. He is routinely befuddled by how much more stuff Pizza Hut can fit into their crust.

Matt Vickers

Web Developer & Designer

Matt isn’t your typical programmer, besides having great technical abilities, he understands the importance of great design and functionality. He’s been with Vantage studios for six years and although he spends a lot of his time writing and speaking code, he also has excellent social skills (for a programmer). Matt’s passion for technology and creative problem solving is evident when he shares the knowledge and skills he’s garnered in his professionally published online tutorials.

Aron Doell

Senior Designer

Aron is an accomplished designer who has worked for studios all across Canada. His eye for detail is matched by his communication skills, making him a pleasure to work with and great to bring home to meet your parents. His ability to design for a variety of mediums makes him a valuable asset not just for the studio but the industry as a whole. Aron is easy to identify, he is always the best-dressed male in any room.

Grant Blahey

Print Production Manager

Grant is the head of our print division, The Vantage Lounge, and has been producing printed perfection for the past two years (try saying that four times fast). His background in digital media and design helps him anticipate the needs of our clients on the most precise level. Grant’s affinity for hot sauce rivals the entire population of Louisiana.

Maeghan Heinrichs

Maeghan is the studio’s latest addition. With a background in communications and a passion for effective design and advertising, Maeghan’s focus is business development and client relations. Her varied skill set has enabled her to be the studio’s lead copywriter and social media specialist. She is also the reason commas have been introduced into our website content.

Lindsey “Diddy” Cabato

Office Manager

Lindsey is the glue that holds our studio together. Her great customer service and organizational skills have been an asset to the studio since she started here in March 2011. Try to talk to her without smiling… we dare you.
